Returning Your Frame Reformer

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a new Frame Reformer, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery by contacting Frame customer service to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns will not be accepted without the original packaging. For all White Glove Deliveries, it is the customer’s responsibility to retain the original packaging. Please note that, unless otherwise stated, the delivery carrier will remove all packaging upon delivery.

Please note that Frame Fitness® can only process returns and refunds for items purchased directly from Frame Fitness®.

If a product was purchased through a reseller, retailer, or distributor, the customer must contact that party directly to determine their return policy. All authorized returns must include an RA (Return Authorization) number.

Frame’s guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents, as outlined in the terms of the Reformer Limited Warranty.

Due to the size and weight of Frame Fitness products, shipping and delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Authorized returns will incur an additional return shipping fee of $299 or more, depending on the customer’s location.

If a Frame Reformer is returned in damaged condition, contains missing parts, or shows signs of misuse or abuse, Frame reserves the right to refuse a refund or charge additional restocking fees at its sole discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact support@framefitness.com to request an RMA number.

Final sale merchandise, discounted items, and products designated as non-returnable in their product descriptions are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless the item is found to be faulty.
