Returning Your Frame Reformer

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any new Frame Reformer, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery by contacting Frame customer service to request an RMA number. *Returns will not be accepted without the original packaging. For all White Glove Deliveries, it is the customer's responsibility to keep the original packaging. Please note that if not otherwise stated, the Delivery Carrier will remove all packaging.

*NOTE: we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased directly from Frame Fitness®.

If you have purchased products through a reseller, you will need to contact the retailer, reseller or distributor directly to determine their return policy. All authorized returns must include an RA (Return Authorization) number.

Frame’s guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Reformer Limited Warranty.

Because of the size and weight of our fitness products, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your Frame Reformer. Returns authorized will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $299 or more, depending on your location.

If your Frame Reformer is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Frame reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Frame’s sole discretion.

*Please note that we do not accept returns of, and offer no refunds on, final sale merchandise, discounted items, or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description, unless they are faulty.
